  2. Proper Breaks and Facilities
    To ensure our staff perform their best, we expect all workers to be provided with adequate breaks, as per legal requirements, along with access to basic facilities such as restrooms, drinking water, and an area to rest during breaks.

  3. Respectful Work Environment
    Our staff members should always be treated with respect and professionalism. We expect a safe, inclusive, and positive working environment for them at all times.

  4. Onsite Management
    It’s important that a designated point of contact is available onsite to manage staff, address any issues that arise, and ensure the event runs smoothly.

  5. Timely Payments
    To keep our partnership running smoothly, we expect timely payment of all invoices as per the agreed terms.
